I am a recent Georgetown graduate with a very unique Master's degree; Physiology,Complementary and Alternative Medicine, and have been working as a freelance consultant while I look for a permanent job. Georgetown's CAM program was multifaceted, and I had the opportunity to learn not only the science behind medicine (complementary and conventional); but also the role health care providers play in different societies, legal issues, bioethics, biostatistics, and much more. This information puts me in a unique position when job searching. I have been successful enough and enjoyed consulting very much and so have considered registering for a TIN and beginning my own business- but I would like to work for a company (preferably a nonprofit organization)where I can work with others and see what my long term career goals are.
